It takes me forever to remember someone's name but they somehow remember everyone's name. Always very professional and just because the bank is based in Canada this does not make it a bad place here 😆.

Then a manager comes out sees me sitting in the lobby and places someone else in the chair in front of her. That was completely rude. I have been with TD for years. Maybe we need to look for a different bank. Shame because my dad and I both used TD

Its been a painful process. Sonya Saunders helped me and she was terrific. She went to bat for me, spending an hour on the phone and I just had to shout her out. Thank you Sonya ! And all the staff in New Smyrna.
