If I could leave ZERO ⭐️'s I would!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this bank like the plague. I had a heloc with them and in all my life, never had so much trouble paying money back to a bank. It took over a year to get auto payments set up properly due to their antiquated computer system and Nobody actually knowing what they are talking about!! Repeatedly given incorrect/conflicting information by many & sometimes same people! Making monthly payments over the phone and the representative posting my payment to the wrong account!! So many things wrong with this bank!! Read the reviews and take note if you want your life stress free!! AVOID TRUIST AT ALL COSTS!!

Most useless team of bankers you could run into, will not be helpful in any way shap or form, will run you through every loop, and treat you based upon how you look. Truist is a good bank but this truist team do not deserve there positions

They helped prep my wife's savings bonds yesterday so they could be deposited today. When she walked in today to deposit them they just flat out refused to deposit them and told her to go to a different branch. They were to busy and understaffed. Also, it's not a good look when the manager parks her suv in the spot closest to the door. This should be for customers. What it tells the customers is "I'm more important than you and I don't care about you.

I’ve been banking here for over 2 years and have never, ever had a problem with the atm or the service. They have been extremely kind and professional to not only myself, but the people ahead of me doing their banking.
