- JWJ.J. WallsJul 21, 20251.0Be careful using this atm. On Saturday July 19th, we pulled a few hundred dollars and in it we got $160 worth of damaged bills. One bill was so damaged the bank would not exchange it. So we have to send it to the treasury department for a new bill, if we even get that back. It's government. This experience is really making us question, at a minimum, do we start using another branch but we just switched it this one because we moved & this is the closest... or do we need to change banks entirely...
