This is nuts. I will no longer bank with BB&T/now TRUIST. Boo on customer lack of service when THEY screw up. Thanks for screwing up my ability to pay bills with my own freaking money. Update: The manager phoned me about 30 mins later and has fixed the issue. Thank you!
