They have always been helpful and polite. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Absolute horrid Bank! Wanted to charge $8 fee to cash a $65 check drawn on their own bank nonetheless! If Moses had a choice he should have left these people in the desert. Gen Z greenhorns with no feelings asleep at the wheel.

Had a good experience opening a business account. The Branch Leader scheduled a same appointment. Opening my accounts took less than hour. Very pleased!!

I have been coming to this branch for about 9 years for work purposes. Since then the customer service has gone down hill dramatically. Extremely rude tellers. I would never go back unless I had to for work. Once April left this branches customer service has gone down. You are no longer a person, just a number to them

They know what they did wrong but won't fix it (and how many banks do you know that call you up to ask you WHY you need immediate credit FOR CASH you just deposited???). This is nuts. I will no longer bank with BB&T/now TRUIST. Boo on customer lack of service when THEY screw up. Thanks for screwing up my ability to pay bills with my own freaking money.
Update: The manager phoned me about 30 mins later and has fixed the issue. Thank you!
