Absolute horrid Bank! Wanted to charge $8 fee to cash a $65 check drawn on their own bank nonetheless! If Moses had a choice he should have left these people in the desert. Gen Z greenhorns with no feelings asleep at the wheel.

Very unsatisfied. I deposited my payroll check not a handwritten or personal check but my payroll check and I still haven't been paid. Not only is it a payroll check but it's issued through a payroll company . Truist bank just lost me as a customer! Because of this hold on my check I now have to pay late fees to my insurance company as if my insurance isn't high enough.

They know what they did wrong but won't fix it (and how many banks do you know that call you up to ask you WHY you need immediate credit FOR CASH you just deposited???). This is nuts. I will no longer bank with BB&T/now TRUIST. Boo on customer lack of service when THEY screw up. Thanks for screwing up my ability to pay bills with my own freaking money. Update: The manager phoned me about 30 mins later and has fixed the issue. Thank you!
