I went to this dump for them to order funds to cash a check drawn from one of their account holders and was first told by the teller, who was friendly the funds would be ordered and ready for me sometime next week. I received a phone call a few hours later that this would not be done? I questioned her, still don't know her name, why are they not going to cash this Large Check for me and the only options she gave me was to deposit it in my own bank or open an account with them? For this reason I would never Truist them with any of my funds. Just a spin off of SunTrust, never again. This is one Bank I would Not be part of, ever. This Establishment Should Be Investigated for impersonating a BANK. Good luck if you need your money in a large sum.
