In the last month I have visited the location on Little Road in NewPort Richey, and the lady that does the wire transfers and sits at the desk all day is so rude and unprofessional she should be fired immediately. I did file a complaint but where that goes no one knows. I was at that branch a couple of times this month and none were satisfactory but this weeks experience was so bad, I felt I had to file the complaint. I have never seen a location so in organized/unprofessional as this one. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Suntrust On Little Rd in Newport Richey.
