Kennia Reyes (branch manager) REFUSED to notarize our documents. She asked the teller to call Corporate to verify that Wells Fargo could notarize certain documents. After we got the approval from Corporate, she STILL declined to notarize our document. Sadly our race had everything to do with her decision to refuse helping us. Definitely will not bank here!!! The teller though was super sweet and tried his best to help us but he was bound by the branch manager.

I went here to cash a check they thought the hand writing was incorrect i had to wait 30 minutes, after asking them to just call the person who made the check, for them to finally call... Thanks Randy "tellers name who made all this possible"... next time just call!

Horrible customer service. Horrible. I work in customer service and I was appalled.
The apparent MANAGER (Tina) started getting rude and telling me I was wrong and said "I don't know what you're doing wrong but our system is correct."
She offered no help for me when I was having a problem with my accounts. She told me I was being rude and causing a scene when I was sitting quietly waiting at a desk and talking normal (I have a very light voice) because I was disagreeing and not understanding what she was trying to say because it did not make sense whatsoever.
I don't think their system is accurate and it was taking my money for no reason at a point in time. The clerk (Evelyn or Eva) helping me even agreed with me until the "Big Boss" Tina became involved.
I was left very angry/irritated. I work hard for my money and I do my best job at work. So I expected the same from any business I go to... especially a bank. Do better Wells Fargo and I hope Tina is spoken to...
