- SCStacey ClineAug 4, 20251.0Went into the branch on GG Pkwy to cash a “bill pay” check drawn on Wells Fargo made out to me for my employer’s business’s Petty Cash account. When I approached the Desk I had my ID ready. The teller asked for a second form of ID. I went to my car to get it. I returned and presented a second form of ID. She then informed me that there would be a charge of $10 to cash the check that was drawn on their bank for their own client. I explained that the money was NOT for me, but for their client’s petty cash account. I was informed that there would still be a $10 fee. What a racket!
