- KDKyle DavisNov 22, 20231.02 bankers behind the counter, 1 of them was with a customer, I walk up to the other one and she says she can't help me, I thought, that's fine I'll just wait. Well the person in front of me was taking a while and someone else walks in and get in line behind me. The banker that initially turned me away, asked the other person if they needed Anything and started helping them. She just had to go to her computer in the back. Really ridiculous I had to sit and wait for someone else to finish when all she had to do was go to her computer in the back.

The time was 2:20 p.m. the banker had an appointment for 3 p.m. and refused to help me. I was told to make an appointment and come back. I went to a different branch who shared with me an easier way of closing my account even though their bankers were busy. It took less than 5 minutes to close the account. I have been a client of this bank for a long time and have never been dismissed in such a manner before.
