- JJJessicaFeb 19, 20251.0I recently opened an account with Truist. I do have a Suncoast account also. I really have to say that the customer service for these banks have been a bad experience. I walked in into this location and the teller was eating right in front of her computer. she had her Tupperware rice and chicken there. I understand you might be shortstaffed, but you can at least take 10 minutes to eat. And don’t eat in front of your customer. It was very rude unprofessional not to mention her oily hands all over my license as well. I wanted to talk to a manager , but I dod not have time to do so. This truest bank needs better training on customer service.
