The lady in the drive through has the nastiest attitude and refuses to take the deposit and makes you get off and go make the deposit in the lobby if there is more then 3 deposits. In the past I have gotten off to make the deposits but because I had more then 3 deposits I have been asked to sit while other customers were helped. I have been to many different truist bank locations and have never had that experience. I’ve asked in these locations if we need to come to the lobby if there is more then 3 deposits and I’ve been told absolutely not and have been surprised when I’ve told them about my experience. Worst customer service and extremely rude employees. I’d give no stars if I could.
