She got her dimes no questions asked and I came up and asked for cash for my ROLLED coins and instead of helping us the lady asked if we had an account with Truist, which we do not, and the sent us away. Went to Fifth Third and was helped with no questions asked, no bank card needed, and no prejudice old lady not doing her job for two young people whilst doing it for someone else within the same breath.

If I need to speak to someone I usually go to the Marco Island branch, because you know there will be someone there to help you.
