This is another way to get them to respond. They are a predatory bank and I will be refinancing to get away from their practices. No wonder they have a 2 rating. Customer service garbage too.

Bank people not supposed to do that. I rather close my business account and go somewhere. This Branch is not good. Very disappointed. Sorry to say. I’m a customer since 2024
