- MCMatt CadyDec 2, 20251.0It really doesn't get worse than Wells Fargo. The branch can do nothing but open accounts and cash checks. The 800 is an easy hour hold before they transfer you. Any disputes or fraud won't get resolved timely if at all. Bank local and if you work there work local you will be far better off.

I was the first to pull up in the drive-through and the last to be serviced while I have a crying baby in the car, which is why I did not go inside. Sat there for almost 10 minutes and had already sent my card and drivers license. I was told that they had to send a text code to verify me because they don’t know me. I’ve been banking here for almost 10 years? I don’t go to the bank often so…? I have never dealt with this before and I worked at a bank. Needless to say it’s probably faster to just go inside; annoying and an inconvenience.
