- RDRocky DesouzaAug 1, 20251.0Stay Away from Wells Fargo – They Will Take Your Money I had a Wells Fargo account for 4 years. During that time, they constantly called and texted me with loan and marketing offers. However, this past year they stopped sending me bank statements. Coincidentally, they claimed my balance fell below the minimum required for the account – something they never notified me about. Over the year, they quietly took $300 in fees and then refused to refund the money. When I went to the Miramar branch, they wouldn’t even let me speak to a manager. All they did was “file an appeal,” which, as expected, resulted in nothing. This is the second time in my life I have banked with Wells Fargo and been taken advantage of. There will not be a third. Their past scandal for stealing from customers was clearly not a coincidence. I will be moving my money to a normal bank like Chase, PNC, or any other institution that isn’t actively trying to rob you. Wells Fargo is a horrible bank – avoid them at all costs.

For someone they refer to as a "valued customer", they didn't seem very interested in helping me when I had an issue. Also, the parking for this branch is terrible. Try the Miramar Square branch instead.
