Absolutely terrible service, I was looking to open a business checking and definitely would run from this area the staff came up with a lie saying that they cant see who scheduled a appointment and then I wait for 15 minutes because they said EARNEST the banker would be be back in 45 min and then later she comes to me and says that today wont work because someone has an appointment when he gets back from break. I scheduled for 2:30 - 3. Definitely take your business somewhere else even the energy of this place was very low and cheap everyone was tired looking and people in the office would not say hi to you and sit in the office with out the lights on I am confused who would trust this place with their money the reviews speak highly of this place

I wish there was an option for no stars. I truly wish this bank didnt take over Suntrust. This bank is unprofessional. They don't answer their phones or emails. I went in person to ask for online wire option to be set up. She took a minute and said she had to unblock it and assured me that she did so. Only for three weeks later I still can't wire out and they do NOT RESPOND to calls or emails. Don't waste your time. I will be closing my account where my business isn't valued.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. I’ve been sitting down waiting to be attended to for 20 minutes and I got frustrated and left. The employee waited until I was out the door to tell me she was also done. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location

The Miramar Branch Manager and the supervisor are TERRIBLE when it comes to customer service. They can't make a copy of a check when asked stating "their bank policies wont allowed it"...Really?? a Sun Trust check you cannot make me a " .002 cents black and white photocopy to your own customer??" Twice I have asked and they give me the same answer yet I pay bank fees for service that "really is not that customer friendly!!" BOA, Wells Fargo, an even another Sun Trust branch 3 miles down make a photocopy without any issues even handing it with a smile. I say is not a financial institution issue but rather a Manager/Supervisor poor customer service. Even if its considerable to make a copy of a check a "legality issue" , the validity lies with what you do with the copy afterwards v.s. "use it for record keeping of the transaction along with the bank receipt". It's dumb in today;s day-and-age to think that such is considerable illegal by bank policy/state/federal...yet ATM's give a copy of the check on their receipt print out in black and white...go figure!!!
