- AAAdam AndersonMay 15, 20231.0I wish there was an option for no stars. I truly wish this bank didnt take over Suntrust. This bank is unprofessional. They don't answer their phones or emails. I went in person to ask for online wire option to be set up. She took a minute and said she had to unblock it and assured me that she did so. Only for three weeks later I still can't wire out and they do NOT RESPOND to calls or emails. Don't waste your time. I will be closing my account where my business isn't valued.

I always thought that you had to have a lot of money to have a relationship with your bank but Suntrust (Now Truist) at this Miramar location taught me different. Thanks to this branch and the other ones I have used!
