- CFCarlos FigueroaNov 26, 20251.0This branch is going downhill fast since they got that new Manager. Refusing to deposit checks on business accounts even when the checks are named on the business owner name and solving the situation by telling their clients use the ATM to deposit the checks to there. So they accept the checks when they get deposit on the machine but not in person. When you call to Citi Corporate they seem surprised and appalled by this practice. Not to mention they are making their clients feel unwelcome. This is a constant complain on clients that use this branch.
