- TCThomas CrockerOct 29, 20251.0I do not recommend this bank. Tried calling branch for over a year and keep getting call center and told by call center need to talk to branch. Told they must be on the phone and after it ringa a few times goes to call center. So i went to branch set right in from of the service rep and there was no one on the phone and called them handed the phone to service rep and went right to call center. IF YOU CANT GET HOLD OF BRANCH OFFICE THEY MIGHT JUST AS WELL CLOSE IT, I WOULD THINK. This has been going on for years. I have better luck with Pay Pal.

I will never bank at another financial institution. They are amazing and I love my branch! Miss Judy at the Milton Florida branch is always happy to see me and ready to do what she can to make my life easier. Their Bill pay is so easy and convenient for as busy mom like me. Hours open when others are closed 8:30 am until 8pm Mon-Fri drive thru- 730 am - 8pm Sat 830 am -300pm.
