That same day, around 1:30 p.m., a bank employee called me to tell me that they couldn’t assist me at that time because the bank closed at 5, and what I needed to do would take much longer than 30 minutes. So, they canceled my appointment. I scheduled another appointment at a different bank, and what I needed only took 10 minutes. Conclusion: terrible service.
