There are many Banks out there more conveniences. This was perfect for me that I live around the corner. It's very unsafe to go in and withdraw money in today's situations 😒. Bye bye Wellsfargo. I just wanted to let you know you're going to be losing a lot of client's. CONVENIENCE #1

I searched for a person to help me get into the safety deposit box. It has been 40 minutes now. There is no one at the box area. The person that finally took my name was not apologetic and his supervisor either. This used to be a great bank. Not any more! I have banked at this location for at least fifty years. I’m taking my money out ASAP! What a shame. Bad management, I guess! Thumbs down on this bank!

They’d rather lose a potential new customer over a rigid protocol. I immediately went to TD Bank and opened my new account in just 20 minutes. Those are the kinds of details that make all the difference.
