- ALAdrian LopezOct 18, 20211.0Estuve en el banco para hacer una transferencia y cuando voy al muchacho de la ventana me dice k hay que tener cita(no veo el porque)si es mi dinero y lo muevo cuando quiera De igual forma espere sentado a que un representante me atendiera sin cita previa(el prumero de la derecha que no le vi el nombre muy mala actitud)le pregunte si por favor me podia ayudar y muy prepotente me dijo k tenia k esperar a k alguien se desocupara, y el salio de la ofina ya desocupado y fue y lleno la maquina del agua(cambio el pomo) salio y al entrar nuevamente le volvi a preguntar y me dijo k no K el estaba haciendo algo(cosa k no era cierto) Muy mala actitud solo por llevar un traje puesto Ellos tienen trabajo pk muchos de nosotros tenemos nuestro dinero en ese banco 🏦 Deberian darles clases de educación en vez de economía Muy mal servicio al cliente Por cierto todo el tiempo el representante estubo sin clientes
