- SJSamantha JacobJun 13, 20251.0If I could give a number less than a star I would. I've been banking with wells fargo for years and had several business accounts there. This is my first experience depositing a business check at the kendall branch and they have shown how incompetent they are. No one could give me a direct answer, every time I spoke to someone about the check I deposited they gave me a different answer claiming they couldn't verify a government check...when it is not my first time depositing a check and the other branches do not give me an issue. They gave me the wrong number for the complaint line and when I finally got the right number the agent on the phone stated they do not understand why the branch is doing this. I am highly disappointed to the point I plan on removing all my accounts and switching to another bank. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
