- JMJelena ManaloJun 13, 20252.0I work for a business and it's unfortunately very difficult to find a right time to deposit and exchange cash for smaller bills. Not that I mind being moved to the side or being told to "come at another time" every time I go in whenever it's "Busy" but I am also the same as every other customer needing help in this bank. Do I need to set a reservation for every time I have to exchange money at this location? Do I have to be a rich customer needing to deposit $7k in my account to be taken seriously? I work at other locations for my job and in those other Wells Fargo locations they take their time and don't need to prioritize other people regardless if they were a "regular" customer or if it was just my first time coming to this bank.

A simple transfer took over 30 minutes, after I was asked to wait for 15 minutes (I was the only customer in the building.) I was then called the following day and asked to make an appointment to repeat the process since that attempt was done incorrectly by the employee. I agreed to 2:00p the following business day and arrived at 1:55p. I was told the member was at lunch and that I should return at 2:15p.
