    I waited over 30 minutes in line to deposit cash. When I finally reached the teller, I placed all my money in the tray and the teller began handling it. Mid-transaction, another teller walked over and stopped everything, saying they could only accept $1,000 because “the safe was full.” This was never mentioned before I waited in line or before I was asked to take out my cash. I then had to put all of my money back into my bag in front of a full line of customers, which was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I asked security to walk me out because my cash had already been exposed. The guard did not properly escort me and only watched from a distance, which did not make me feel safe at all. This was my first experience after opening a new savings account, and it will also be my last. Poor communication, poor security awareness, and a complete lack of concern for customer safety. I will be closing my account
