- HMHumberto MoyaNov 10, 20201.0I came to the back to cash a check. The guy who came to help wasn’t not polite at all. I asked where to park and they couldn’t provide details. The transaction required me and my wife. I explained them that I had my kids in the car and I could begin with the process and then switch to my wife. Very rude, the guy told me, no (black and white) even under current situation with COVID where I have tried to keep my kids as isolated as possible. They won’t see me again. The same day I called and closed my account with Wells Fargo. Avoid this branch as much as possible.
