- RCRicardo ChahinDec 8, 20251.0Not even an appointment will get you a banker to help you in this location, they instead suggested me to do it online even though I have an appointment, making me wait half an hour until I decided to leave.

- AMAna MSep 26, 20252.0So I just when to the bank to get 10$ change in pennies thinking all customers should be treated the same well the lady was actually trying to help but the gentleman that came to give me the change treated with a " why are you here face " and then I wanted 10$ change they didn't have all those pennies but I also would have taken dimes or 1$ coins but no he give me my pennies and didn't even ask if I needed it anything else 😞 I m very disappointed this is my local closest bank I have an account with them and expected way more from them! We all in a rush I understand and yes we all have problems but we should leave our problems at home when going to work at least I do it. Just wanted to share and hopefully next time they have at least a nice smile 😃
