I walked into this Wells Fargo thinking I could actually speak to a banker, but apparently the entire staff took a field trip to lunch at the exact same time. Not one person. Not a single soul. Just empty desks and a lobby full of confused customers staring at each other like we were on a scavenger hunt for someone who works there. Why even bother being open if everyone vanishes? Is this a bank or a lunch club? I’ve seen better staffing at a hotdog cart on the side of the road. If you enjoy wasting your time, feeling ignored, and wondering what exactly your bank does all day (besides chew food), then this is the spot for you. Otherwise, avoid this branch unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience. Absolutely pathetic. Wells Fargo, do better.

They told us to get out of line and wait for an available banker for our wire transfer as a teller could not do this. There were no bankers available to help as everyone was out to lunch. Complete madness. Go to another branch even if you need to drive further.
