  “I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience with Katherine, a teller at this Wells Fargo branch, was unacceptable and deserves to be addressed. From the moment I approached her window, her attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and outright rude. She made no effort to provide basic courtesy or customer service, and instead acted as though my presence was an inconvenience. As a customer, I expect respect, professionalism, and assistance with my banking needs — none of which were demonstrated. Katherine’s behavior left me feeling undervalued and disrespected. At a financial institution where trust and service should be a top priority, this type of treatment is shocking and completely unacceptable. I strongly urge Wells Fargo management to address this matter seriously. Customers should never be subjected to hostility or indifference from staff, especially in a role that requires direct interaction with the public. If this is the standard of service being allowed, it reflects very poorly on the branch and on Wells Fargo as a whole.

  I went to open my daughter’s first bank account without an appointment. We were directed to Daniel Vega and he was amazing throughout the whole process. He was very kind and attentive. Despite the fact that we didn’t have an appointment, he was very patient with us and answered every question in detail, making sure that we understood everything. He definitely made our experience great.

  Hoy fui a pedir información para abrir una cuenta para mi hija. El muchacho que estaba en la cajas muy atento fue enseguida a ver qué banquero me podía atender. El banco estaba vacío, la señora de la primera oficina le contesto a el en mala forma y le dijo que esperara q ella terminará con el cliente que estaba atendiendo que le faltaba poco. Me senté a esperar, el cliente se fue , se puso a conversar con otra persona de adentro, entro alguien de afuera y conversaron también, siguió en su amena conversación y mis hijas y yo esperando solas allí. No había más clientes. En fin me fui y no regreso. Pésima atención al cliente 👎👎👎👎. Era mi dinero el que iba a poner en una cuenta no era a pedir de favor que me prestaran.Si tiene duda algún gerente en la sucursal por favor observar las cámaras el día julio 9/2024 sobre las 4 a 4:10 pm
