Fui a abrir dos cuentas una de negocios y otra personal, me dijeron que debía pedir una cita y el banco estaba solo!! No había nadie. Me dieron una tarjeta de cartón y me dijeron “escanea el código y pide una cita”. Todas estaban sentadas conversando entre ellas de cosas personales. Me transporte imaginariamente a un edificio de gobierno de tercer mundo donde las secretarias primero se arreglan las uñas y después atienden a la gente. Creo que deberían ponerles metas, supervisión y darles coaching a las “ejecutivas”. Cero compromiso con la imagen del banco.
