- JJJuliocesarOct 24, 20251.0Just left the branch, took them an hour just to tell me i cant be seen until 1pm because their understaff. Was waiting in the lobby for an hour to be approached by the manager to ask me how she could help then i tell her she goes back after another 15 minutes she comes back to tell me there's only one guy that can help while the other banker is sent to lunch. Instead of just telling me from the start that its best to make an appointment and come at a later time they had me waiting their an hour to just tell me to comeback later. I was trying to open 2 accounts. The manager instead of offering to help me open rather be on her phone and lecture her banker about break times than trying to gain a new client. Don't know how this location is even open 4 people running a place 1 manager 1 teller and 2 bankers. The chase across the street is bussier and i was seen twice as fast. What a shame of a branch poor look on wells fargo image...
