The teller advised him that the charges "look" correct and didn't offer any sort of help or protection. Turns out it was fraudulent activity and the money is being refunded in 3-5 days. Unfortunately, they were able to withdraw thousands of dollars before this error was caught. Please provide better customer service training to your staff. They didn't appear to want to help my father.
