- CCCJ CarmineDec 8, 20251.0I've been dealing with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. My company uses Truist so one of the tellers in another branch told me to open an account with them and have my paycheck deposited there. So I did. The very next day I went to the closest branch to do a transaction and the system was down ( I understand that) BUT after 4 hours waiting, I had to use the bathroom and went to the door where it was located and opened the door to enter a room that has nothing but a bathroom and a desk and maybe some stockroom. NO VAULT, NO MONEY No way to steal anything even if I was a thief! And this NASTY women at one of the desks on the left (Short hair) triple chin gets all kind of nasty with me. Tellers were nice, the guy keeping everyone informed very nice. BUT that other women should not be allowed to deal with the public. Closing the new account tomorrow. Never again. I've been in retail for 50 years and was never nasty to anyone. Get rid of her! GOODBYE TRUIST!
