- RRRikJan 9, 20241.0ATM doesn't have money a lot of the times. Called corporate to place a stop payment and it's taking more than 35 minutes to accomplish. One operator said he'd wave the fees, I got disconnected, new agent says they'll add it to the case notes but no promises. 😂 Man, I miss Sun Trust so much. These Truist folks can't get their bill pay checks delivered on time anymore. If you can't make it on time, stop the service altogether. It was great while it lasted. Besides, nowadays, all creditors and services have auto pay. Sad state of affairs. I'm sure the folks here are great, but corporate needs to get their act together.
