- RWRosanna WeberAug 14, 20251.0The bank officers who work there try their best but Truist corporate or the manager has set this branch up for failure. We started with SunTrust when my husband opened his business in 1998 and I used to love the bank and the personal attention we got. Sadly now, 27 years later I started closing my accounts with Truist because the customer service is awful. I can’t ever reach anyone on the phone. If I go to speak to an officer there is always a long wait. I make appts online and they are ignored. I don’t think anyone there even cares that the customers are frustrated.

Also, the line can have 4 people and there is always always always just one teller. It’s located in the middle of South Miami, a very busy business area and they think that we have the time to waste. The Kendall and Key Biscayne branches are the best. They actually care about their clients time
