- RWRosanna WeberAug 14, 20251.0The bank officers who work there try their best but Truist corporate or the manager has set this branch up for failure. We started with SunTrust when my husband opened his business in 1998 and I used to love the bank and the personal attention we got. Sadly now, 27 years later I started closing my accounts with Truist because the customer service is awful. I can’t ever reach anyone on the phone. If I go to speak to an officer there is always a long wait. I make appts online and they are ignored. I don’t think anyone there even cares that the customers are frustrated.

Can’t expect everyone to check the door or calling before they need to go and hope that was the current schedule. Very frustrating and inconvenient for those of us in the neighborhood that only have Saturday to go to this location.
