    🌴💳🌴🏦🌴💵🌴small but mighty Truist branch that’s perfect for the Miami Shores area. Great for quick in-and-out teller transactions or account maintenance. Since it’s located inline at the La Fontana Shops, there’s no drive-thru teller or ATM service — so keep that in mind.

    Worst branch ever ! I came in and waited in line for 30 minutes and then asked to get a check to what they answered they can not give out cheeks in the branch because they have to be ordered . After going online I learned they can provide cashiers checks and I went back to ask for that. There was another line of 5 people and I went directly to the branch manager and he told me he can assist me with The cashiers check and when I asked if I can be helped now he gave a lame excuse he can not . I explained how I already waited in line as he knew and that my lunch break is over and asked about The other 3 people just sitting there not working and he said they also couldnt assist . Only one person worked in The whole bank ! Never coming back to this branch again they are just The worst service

    Want a terrible banking experience, come to this location. it’s dirty & horrible customer service. Don’t even look at the atm machine outside.
