I am writing to file a complaint regarding the poor customer service I experienced at your branch. The staff showed no interest in assisting me, and the interaction was very unprofessional and unhelpful.
As a customer, I expect courtesy, attention, and clear communication when visiting the bank. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that. I hope this issue can be reviewed and addressed to improve customer service quality

Quiero compartir mi experiencia con Truist Bank para advertir a otros sobre su pésimo servicio y falta de protección al cliente.
Deposité un cheque en mi cuenta y, después de 15 días, el dinero ya estaba disponible y lo usé sin problemas. Sin embargo, alguien robó el cheque y lo depositó en otro banco, y Truist me retiró los $1,800 de mi cuenta sin previo aviso. Increíblemente, me dejaron sin dinero y jamás me devolvieron el monto, a pesar de que el cheque ya había sido cobrado y validado en mi cuenta semanas antes.
Hice todos los reclamos posibles:
Presenté un disputa formal con Truist. Me respondieron que no podían hacer nada.
Llamé al servicio al cliente varias veces, solo para recibir respuestas vagas y sin solución.
Fui personalmente a una sucursal y me dijeron que no podían ayudarme.
Presenté un reporte policial para demostrar el fraude y aun así Truist se lavó las manos.
Busqué asesoría legal y aún no he recuperado mi dinero.
Lo peor de todo es que Truist no tiene ninguna garantía de protección real para sus clientes. Si pueden quitarte tu dinero semanas después de haberlo depositado y luego simplemente decir "no podemos hacer nada", ¿cómo puedes confiar en ellos?
Este banco no protege a sus clientes, no investiga los fraudes y no asume responsabilidad por sus propios errores. No caigan en su trampa.
Si estás considerando abrir una cuenta con ellos, piénsalo dos veces. No importa cuánto tiempo lleves como cliente, en el momento en que tengas un problema serio, te ignorarán y te dejarán desprotegido. Existen bancos mucho más confiables que sí protegen el dinero de sus clientes.

At what time does customer service end? Yes I did ask that. Tellers walking out at 4 not answering questions... Horrible service
