    Dear Truist Bank Team, I am writing to file a complaint regarding the poor customer service I experienced at your branch. The staff showed no interest in assisting me, and the interaction was very unprofessional and unhelpful. As a customer, I expect courtesy, attention, and clear communication when visiting the bank. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that. I hope this issue can be reviewed and addressed to improve customer service quality

    Fui a abrir una cuenta el sábado 8 marzo 2023 llegue 12.15am y como el banco cerraba a la 1.00pm la persona de la oficina que debía atendernos salió y dijo que solo atenderia a la persona antes de mi y me toco irme sin tener otro momento para hacerlo una señora americana de cabello rubio abundante y alta que además no habla español o al menos eso dijo no entiendo como se dan el lujo de perder clientes así
