Las cajeras parecen estar más pendientes del celular y de sus conversaciones personales que de atender a los clientes. Uno va al banco a resolver cosas importantes, no a perder el tiempo esperando a que se dignen a hacer su trabajo. Muy poca profesionalidad y cero respeto hacia las personas que confiamos en esta institución.

My mom went to this branch to deposit money for my wedding, and the local teller and manager forgot to switch accounts for the next person. This resulted in them removing more than $7k from my account-- which a week later and 3 hours of being on the phone with truist, still isn't resolved.

I always use the drive thru in the mornings and it's a nightmare. They don't greet good morning or thank you! The Customer service is terrible 😯😯😯😯
