Las cajeras parecen estar más pendientes del celular y de sus conversaciones personales que de atender a los clientes. Uno va al banco a resolver cosas importantes, no a perder el tiempo esperando a que se dignen a hacer su trabajo. Muy poca profesionalidad y cero respeto hacia las personas que confiamos en esta institución.
