Recently came in on 7/28 to get something notarized because I called Truist corporate and wanted to confirm and they said yes we do as long as your a customer it’s free or there’s a fee. Perfect, I have an account. I went in and approached an older lady with a pixie cut and glasses and told her what I needed, within a second she said no. She told me I could try my local Truist and declined and I said but Truist corporate sent me here and she just shrugged. Terrible customer service and inconsistent.
