    Horrible customer care, the staff member was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Please do better; there are so many good, motivated people looking for work who would appreciate the opportunity. This person is not representing your business well.

    This bank is horrible!! Calling the branch on bird road is a waste of time NO ONE EVER answers. How I miss suntrust

    I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this institution. My explanation for my disappointment is as follows: I got my check from my job deposited into my account on Friday, and by Saturday morning I was made aware by the bank that they had placed a hold on my check for 8 days. I contacted them and they were t able to give me an explanation as to why there was a hold placed on my check. I am a hardworking individual who needs to pay his bills on time and cannot afford to have the bank place a hold on MY money for no reason whatsoever. I can’t even pay my bills now and will be more than likely getting charged a late fee for paying late as a result of this unjust hold the bank placed on my check. I am extremely dissatisfied with the costumer service provided by the bank since they weren’t able to explain nor give me a legit answer as to why there’s a hold on my check , so I am forced to wait 8 days to receive my hard earned money without an explanation nor a reason. I will be taking my money somewhere else and I suggest everyone reading this takes their money somewhere else as well because this institution could care less about its costumers.

    The closing of many Branches is greatly affecting the quality of the customer service experience at the Miami Dade locations. Please Management, if you are going to close branches, you must full staffed the ones you leave open! The drive thru lines are long and also the lobby, specially at pick- hours. Also, online and customer service thru regular phone is having problems with their IT Systems. It wasn't like that before. Please take care of your business.
