Those are some of the nastiest tellers ive ever seen. I’m the only person in line and making me wait while they have a Spanish conference as if I’m not there. Then give nothing but attitude. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there.

Spent time out of work to get here after customer service said I had to go in to close my account, rather then the guy inside help me he lied and said I have to do it I’m over the phone and refused to help me in anyway. First tried saying my last deposit was pending before he even looked at my account and the money went through a week ago lol, don’t work and waste peoples time. Service like this is why we are closing our business accounts with Truist, take your business elsewhere where or atleast ignore the first desk by the teller, dude with the beard

I'm giving 1star because there is NO ZERO
Truist is awful, no one answers your calls, leave a message and it's like leaving it in a black hole! I have left several mags NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. I'm very dissatisfied. It's like the Bank closed up never to be heard from. Extremely disappointed and I will be closing my account. I CANNOT deal with a Ghost Bank ...
