Es vergonzosa la atención desde que trasladaron a Maricel Suarez a otra sucursal, excepto el servicio de Caja, siempre impecable. El resto.....dejan mucho que desear. Atienden como si estuvieran haciendo un favor. Cero empatia

After years with Suntrust Bank, this bank took over and they are the absolute worst. The service is terrible, they have a notary but that person must be for employees only because they will not notarize anything that we have tried to get notarized there. Even though he has had an account for over 30 years and has the proper identification, they still reject the notary services.
Try calling at any time and you will ALWAYS get the answering service saying that they are helping other clients or outside of business hours. There is absolutely no benefit to us to have our money here. We will be closing this account and transferring to a bank where customers are valued.

This Truist branch is an absolute nightmare. Their hours are a joke, often closing early without warning and almost always closed when you need them most. They don’t update Google or their phone system to reflect if they’re actually open. Their automated phone message only says they’re either helping customers or may be closed—an entirely useless message when you’re trying to confirm if anyone’s actually there! I’ve wasted countless trips & gas driving to this branch just to be met with locked doors and closed drive-thru lanes. I don’t bank with them—I just deposit checks for one of their clients, so their ATMs are useless to me. This bank’s lack of communication and accessibility is infuriating and unacceptable. My recommendation: Avoid this unreliable location and bank with a better company.
