  Opened a TD signature account Aug 13 I followed all the terms and conditions and I even read and then I had a question based off if it takes longer than the terms of the promo am I eligible to transfer the funds out of the account if I fulfilled all the promo meaning I would get paid out the promotion and I asked this question to the teller and then she had to call support and I had to wait 35 minutes to get an answer and then she said actually come back Tomorrow. How is it that you have one of your main promotions and you don’t know the terms of it being that it’s the only promotion. resolve my concern I’m gonna file a report with the CFPB Dec 18 I waited a week since opening the account. I did not receive the debit card now I called the TD Bank and now supposedly they were able to issue me a debit card in person even though last time in person they weren’t able to so wooptie surprised now I have to request to make a withdrawal of a large amount and I have to wait a week so the week I waited just for them to issue me the debit card. I have to wait another week. This bank is extraordinarily difficult. No wonder their stock price prices of they make this experience horrible

  Personal poco calificado. Los sábados una sola persona atendiendo y llegue alas 12.10 y la agente no podía atender. As porque había una persona abriendo una cuenta y le tomaba mucho tiempo. Llevo varios años con este banco y e decidido cerrar mis cuentas, porque no es la primera vez que me sucede..

  Totalmente impresionada con la atención, es una sucursal con una maravillosa atención y muy profesionales, un banco abierto los 7 días de la semana es un plus para los pequeños negocios de el área, les recomiendo buscar a Marian en el departamento de negocios y el front desk Israel hizo toda la diferencia.

  En varias ocasiones he usado su ATm ,Pero desafortunadamente 2 veces tuve problemas sus máquinas ATM no sirven,fui a retirar $1000 y la máquina hizo el sonido de que contaba el dinero entonces a la hora de yo recoger el dinero la máquina dio error ,hice ls reclamación al banco y adivinen que ,no me dieron Mi dinero,Porque supuestamente el ATM no tenía el dinero..Creo que deberían de tener más seguridad y poner más cámaras porque es injusto que te roben el Dinero así tan a la cara !
