- BKBohdan KosJan 12, 20251.0What a disappointment of a bank. Came with my mother to withdraw 15k in cash to purchase a vehicle and they could not accommodate the amount. Very sad. It's not even a large amount especially for a bank this size. On top of that, when we initially approached the counter and stated our request the employees began to act strange for some reason. In the end of the day they gave us 10k total. 4k in 100s and 6k in 20s... The stack looked huge, and the staff tried to stuff it in an envelope without offering a bag. I've never experienced something like this at a bank before.
