He gave a good explanation of the benefits and drawbacks of an account here that was able to be used in Canada versus opening separate accounts with TD Bank here and another at TD Canada Trust to transfer money back and forth. Thanks.

Me han retenido mi dinero sin explicación clara y el trato del personal ha sido completamente indiferente. He acudido a esta sucursal varias veces buscando una solución, y cada vez me encuentro con respuestas vagas y falta total de responsabilidad. ¡Es mi dinero y no me dan acceso a él! Nadie da la cara ni se toma el tiempo de resolver el problema de forma profesional. Me siento frustrada, engañada y sin respaldo alguno como cliente. No recomiendo esta sucursal ni el banco en general. Si valoras tu tiempo, tu dinero y una atención decente, busca otra entidad financiera. No sólo es una experiencia frustrante, es una violación a mi confianza y a mis derechos como cliente. Este banco actúa con negligencia y cero empatía. Nunca imaginé que un banco pudiera operar con tanta informalidad y falta de ética. NO RECOMIENDO TD BANK NI ESTA SUCURSAL A NADIE.
