During my visit, I encountered rudeness and unprofessionalism that made me feel unwelcome. Despite my intention to open an account, I was not allowed to do so. This treatment fell short of the high standards of customer service I expected from TD bank. I hope that this feedback will prompt improvements in the bank's customer service practices and ensure that all customers are treated respectfully and fairly.
