- SVSylvia M VelazquezNov 12, 20255.0SouthState customer since it was Community Bank of South Florida, at this location (Krome & 200 St.) The personnel is outstanding: friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I was victimized by hackers, and Viviana Pellon, and Martha Caballero were so helpful they actually eased my panic and fears. I can say I left the bank less stressed. I truly believe “smaller” banks are more personal and treat their clients as if family, as does the SouthState branch on Krome & SW 200 St.
- AAAlexAug 6, 20241.0South state at homestead is closed so i drive here to withdraw money to pay bills for my parents while they're gone. They didnt accept it. I showed them i have the debit card if anything and i even offered they can speak with them through whatsapp since they are out of the country. I guess multiple trips to the atm for the next 4 days. Very inconvenient honestly. But I get it too but its how it was approached.
