  I have to say I have never experienced a bank that goes above and beyond for their customers. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Opened my accounts with Rosemary. She is the kindest and most knowledgeable person I have ever come across at any bank. Leslie is also very kind and welcoming very attentive as well. Sebastian is quick and knowledgeable and kind. Oh also very patient I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to electronics he was patient and didn’t mind having to repeat himself to help me with my online banking. Liliette is quick and friendly and also patient. Can’t say enough good things about the employees at this specific bank location. Ty for your hard work dedication. It is always a treat to visit this bank. It is not common to see excellent customer service these days. It is a real pleasure to visit this Ocean Bank.

  Exelente experience, great staff, and great service. The staff is very helpful and great customer care. Always try to respond quickly to resolve any issue. Very recommended for personal and business accounts.

  Have these people ever heard of customer service? That plus their only atm was broken after the rep told me to go use it to try my pin number. When I walked back in to try and resolve the issue the rep simply said to try the card at a Publix. I'll be banking somewhere else from here on out.
