- AAAndrea A.Sep 17, 20251.0If I could give them -5 stars, I would. I needed to deposit a check into a client’s account. Since the account was new, they initially said they couldn’t find it. When they finally did, they complained that it had no previous deposits and didn’t want to accept the check. The teller showed annoyance as if helping me was a burden. A bank branch should provide trust and professionalism, and here it was precisely the opposite. Very disappointing.
