- FRF RNov 11, 20251.0This bank/branch took 1,200 dollars from me through an ATM DEPOSIT I still haven’t gotten the funds back. The way the branch treated me was disgusting encouraged that i file a police report because there is nothing they can do. So I did that and that’s when they decided to give me more info 2 days later ADRIAN the brand manager confirmed funds were found the atm, but they still refuse to credit me. Talked to executive citi members as well as Filed a complaint with consumer finance bureau still nothing. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE IT IS A NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THIS BRANCH JUST CHECK REVIEWS AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE

Citibank at Biscayne and 20 is so fresh! Specifically Beatriz. She’s funny, real, efficient and on it! She made something that SHOULD BE EASY, VERY EASY. AS IT SHOULD BE. I appreciate her wit, charm and efficiency.
