Despite multiple emails and voicemails, I received no response from the banker. Entitlements were never set up, making the account unusable for transfers. Citi customer service couldn’t help and said only the branch could resolve it—yet the branch remained unresponsive. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely not recommended for business banking.
