I can’t even get change and I’m sad and I said that was ridiculous. How can you not provide change at a bank for cash.

We went in for a simple document to be notarized — a basic service offered to clients — and were met with confusion, disorganization, and a total lack of professionalism. The staff seemed unsure of the process, and after wasting our time, we left without getting the help we needed. In stark contrast, the Citi branch in Woodfield, Boca Raton, consistently delivers excellent service. They’re always friendly, efficient, and willing to go above and beyond to assist their clients. This experience just confirmed how important it is to have a competent and helpful local branch. Bird & 87th could learn a lot from the team in Boca.
